You can buy tickets online up to the day before your visit. If you’re interested in buying a ticket to visit the museum today that must be done at the front desk of the museum.

Last Thursday of every month | 10:30am - 8pm

PLEASE NOTE the Museum will be closed from Tuesday 5 - Friday 8 November and Tuesday 12 - Friday 15 November due to installation of a brand-new lift. We will be open weekends as normal.

We’re less than a mile away from Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street stations.

Bus
Buses 55, 88, 98 453, N18, N25, N55, N98, and N207 stop less than half a mile away from the museum.

Cycle
There are bike racks and a Santander Bike dock on Wells St. where the Museum is located.

On foot
We’re within walking distance of Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street stations. Oxford Street station is under 500 meters away. We recommend using Exit 1.

Accessibility

Fully wheelchair accessible, though please be aware that until 1 December 2025 this will be via an internal lift. Please follow instructions on the doors of the old lift to contact staff for access.
