In the heart of Fitzrovia, a short distance from Soho and Oxford Circus, The Cartoon Museum provides a unique backdrop for exclusive entertaining. Give your guests a private view of 250 years of the nation’s favourite original cartoons, caricatures and comics.
This rare venue is available for exclusive private hire and we welcome a range of events such as meetings, workshops, cocktail parties, receptions, dinners, launches, filming and photoshoots.

Main Gallery Space
The two main galleries provide a space full of nooks and crannies, perfect for drinks and canape receptions.
The temporary exhibition changes every six months, and there is a permanent display that tells the story of the cartoon artform from the 18th century to the present day. The artwork includes William Hogarth, Ronald Searle, Steve Bell and many more.

Cost: £1800 (plus VAT)
Clore Learning Studio
The Clore Learning Studio is a small, flexible space perfect for meetings, workshops or away days. The room has AV capabilities, free wi-fi, and moveable furniture, and is bookable for varying lengths of time to suit your schedule.
The space features a quirky selection of comic book art adorning the walls, including Asterix and Obelisk and a 2000AD character piece, featuring famous characters such as Judge Dredd.
Capacity: 30 (meeting/workshop)
Cost: £80 per hour; full day (8 hours, 10am - 6pm) for £500 (plus VAT)

Catering for meetings and reception events can be provided by the museum at the following prices:
Tea/Coffee: £3 per/person
Nibbles: £2 per person
Drinks Reception (House Wine/Beer/Soft Drinks/Snack): £9 per person(plus VAT)
The Museum does not have in-house catering but works with a selected list of suppliers who can provide sandwich lunches or a range of options for evening events. Contact us for more information.

Filming
If you would like your event to be professionally filmed we have trusted partners who can offer this service. Further details available on request.
Caricatures and Workshop sessions
Perfect for an away-day or team-building day out, our very own Steve Marchant can draw your team as cartoon characters or run a hands-on comics themed workshop. You don’t need to just look at the comics on the walls, you can also draw and become them!
Cost: £250 (plus VAT)
Biscuits
Add an extra special touch to your coffees and teas with some hand-made biscuits. Prices range from £16 - £30 (plus VAT)
