Superheroes
Who was the first British superhero?
Which DC Comics writer also invented the lie detector?
Who really created Spider-Man?
These questions and more will be answered in a session that shows pupils how to create their own costumed adventurer and a dastardly villain. They will then draw them in action onto a Marvel-style front cover, on which they will add title lettering, price, etc. Characters can be designed to reflect topics currently being studied at school, such as ecology, road safety, health, etc.
